  • We are recruiting for a HR & Operations Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who wants to get into HR and learn some general office admin skills too. The role will help with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and office support.

    We’re looking for an Apprentice, so if you are interested you will need to commit to going to college one day a week starting in September. You will begin work at our Sawston HQ before that to get you settled in and learning the ropes before your studying begins.

  • We are seeking an in-house Technical Writer to produce clear, concise, and technically accurate content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our niobium-based active anode materials.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in science and technical innovation, with the ability to transform complex technical information into well-structured, engaging content. Attention to detail and the ability to distil technical data into accessible formats is essential. You will work closely with the R&D, technical, and commercial teams, as well as with external agencies and partners, to gather the necessary information for content development.
